Moray is located in the north-east of Scotland and covers an area of 2,200 square Kilometres.
The Council is responsible for operating a wide range of public sector services including education, housing, social work, planning, economic development, roads, environmental protection and leisure.
While our headquarters are in Elgin, there are also local Access Points in Forres, Buckie and Keith.

The Council is the biggest provider of social rented housing in Moray with around 6,000 houses which are distributed throughout the area.
