Hillcrest Homes

Established in 1967, Hillcrest Homes is one of Scotland’s largest housing associations, offering almost 6500 good quality homes across the east of Scotland, covering Dundee, Angus, Fife, Perth and Kinross, Edinburgh and most recently Aberdeen City.

As part of our extensive provision of tenant support, we have a Tenant Participation team who work with tenants to ensure that there are plenty of opportunities to have their voices heard and to get involved.

Our tenants’ feedback and opinions are essential in shaping how the organisation operates services, and it’s always up to our tenants how much they get involved. We have a wide range of ways that tenants can play a key role, from simply joining our Interested Tenants’ Register to offer occasional feedback on proposals or initiatives, through to playing an active part in scrutinising our services to come up with meaningful improvements. We even have a special group to moderate and make suggestions for our tenant newsletter.
