Aberdeen City Council is the fifth largest landlord in Scotland. We currently own and manage around 22,500 properties including cottages, tenement flats, sheltered complexes and multi-storey blocks. We provide a wide range of services to our tenants including:

• Repairs & maintenance
• Estate Management
• Antisocial Behaviour Investigation Team
• Tenant and Community Engagement

These services are mainly delivered through three area housing offices based in Tillydrone, Mastrick and Marischal College. Our repairs service operate from the depot in Kittybrewster.

The Aberdeen Tenants & Residents Partnership is the new name for the tenant and resident participation group. Run by tenants and residents, for tenants and residents.
