About Us

NETRALT formed in May 2011. It involves social landlords and their customers working together to promote tenant participation. Our partnership comprises of Aberdeen City Council, Aberdeenshire Council, Castlehill Housing Association, Grampian Housing Association, Hillcrest Homes, Langstane Housing Association, Moray Council and Osprey Housing.

The purpose of the group is to encourage tenant and resident engagement across the North East of Scotland. We share good practice and resources to help us develop tenant participation for both tenants and landlords.

We are a unique group is that has members from both large and small organisations with different structures working together with customers to improve tenant and community engagement, not just as individual organisations but across the North East of Scotland. We operate as a partnership using a shared learning approach. We hold meetings every six weeks. Sub-groups are convened to look at specific topics or events.
