Sanctuary Scotland are one of the country’s leading housing associations with more than 6,500 homes.
Our quality affordable housing includes general rented and sheltered accommodation. Over half our homes are in Cumbernauld, Renfrewshire and Glasgow, where our headquarters is located. Sanctuary stock can be found as far north as Fraserburgh and as easterly as Aberdeen and Dundee.
By working with others we have created communities where people are proud to live. As a not-for-profit organisation any surpluses are invested in our services, homes and neighbourhoods. We encourage tenants to challenge our performance and suggest how we can do better.
We are a member of Sanctuary Group, one of the UK’s leading social landlords. In August 2016 we merged with Sanctuary Group’s two other Scottish housing organisations – Tenants First Housing Co-operative and Cumbernauld Housing Partnership – to create a larger Sanctuary Scotland more able to meet our tenants’ needs.
Our homes in Scotland are managed from local offices in:
Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire are part of the NETRALT joint working group.
We have more than 600 homes in Aberdeen including general needs, sheltered and supported accommodation and we have more than 750 homes across Aberdeenshire. This stock is mostly general needs but includes some sheltered accommodation.
